Why Bloom

Bloom (noun):
A beautiful process of becoming.
When a flower does not grow, we don’t blame the flower. We look at the environment the flower is in. We assess what is keeping the flower from reaching its full potential. How is the soil? How much sunshine is available? Is there not enough water, or possibly too much? We aim to improve the environment and conditions without judging or blaming the flower.

Our Approach
Our approach to therapy is similar. Through a person-centered and evidence-based approach, we are here to help you navigate challenging environments or disruptions to life that may be hindering you from growing or thriving. Unlike flowers, you have the possibility to bloom no matter what season we are in. Remember, beautiful things can grow from your most difficult times.
